Good news! Our course is fully online, featuring seven engaging modules that set you up for success! Allowing you to learn at your own pace, because we know how valuable your time is!

Once you complete the first two modules—The Jungle Way and Stranger Awareness—and provide your DBS check, you’ll be issued a teaching licence, allowing you to start teaching right away! To give you an idea of the time commitment, these initial two modules can be completed within a few days.

After that, you’re free to complete the remaining modules at your leisure.

We begin with the Jungle Way (module 1), which establishes the foundation by exploring who we are and where we started. This module covers essential topics such as child psychology, child fitness, lesson planning, safeguarding, and concludes with marketing and finance basics.

Following this, you’ll dive into six themed modules that focus on critical areas: Strangers, Bullying, Emergency Preparedness, Health & Fitness, Teamwork & Leadership, and Global Awareness. Each theme module provides in-depth strategies and tools to empower YOU to teach children in these vital areas.

But don’t worry! To get started, you only need to complete the first two modules: The Jungle Way and Stranger Awareness. Once you finish these and have your DBS check, you’ll be ready to embark on your teaching adventure with your shiny new LSK teaching licence!

Once you’ve completed your training, earned your certification, and provided your DBS/Police check, you’ll be officially licensed to teach as part of the Life Skills Kids family—and ready to run your own classes within days! Your initial course fee covers the first three months, so you can dive right in and start making a difference.

No! This course will give you the skills to run a LSK session to the best of your ability.

LSK instructors can teach classes in many locations, gym studios, community halls, school halls to name but a few.

The session should last 45mins, this gives the perfect time to welcome, warm up, teach the theme and apply the reward structure at the end of the class.

To fully teach a theme it will take about 3-4 months or a school term.
